Dog Adoption Application

Want to meet or adopt a dog or puppy in our program? First you would need to fill out a Dog Adoption Application. Someone from Angel of Hope will reach out to you to set up a time to meet.

If you are 18 or older you just need to fill out the Volunteer Application and let us know what you’re interested in doing. If you’re under 16 a parent needs to be with you when volunteering. If you’re 16-18 you need parental consent to volunteer. Check out our Volunteer Page to find out what kind of volunteers are needed.

Are you interested in fostering a puppy or a dog? AOH is in constant need of foster homes for puppies and dogs while they await adoption. AOH will be happy to work with you to meet your needs and match the best foster pet to your household.

Please note: Acceptance into our cat/kitten program is dependent upon whether or not we have appropriate foster care for that animal’s needs and whether or not we have the resources necessary to ensure their health.

Fill out the Cat Surrender Form and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

We are currently receiving an incredibly high volume of pet surrender requests. At this time, we will only be able to consider pets adopted from Angel of Hope or under 2 years old. If you have kittens, or puppies or small dogs, you are still welcome to fill out a surrender form, just please be aware that we will have to put you on a wait list until we have the capacity, fosters and resources necessary to ensure the well being and health of your pet. We are unable to take in giant or large breed dogs at this time. Your pet has a higher chance of being accepted into our program if they are already spayed/neutered. Please be patient with our response since we have limited staff.

Please note: Acceptance into our dog/puppy program is dependent upon whether or not we have appropriate foster care for that animal’s needs and whether or not we have the resources necessary to ensure their health. We are currently unable to take in dogs over 55lbs.
